I haven't blogged in forever, but it's only partially my fault. Something is wrong with blogger and it hasn't been letting me upload pictures for a whole week. I have no idea what to do since I'm not the most technically savvy person in the world and their tech support isn't wanting to respond to my requests for help. I figured I'd just give a written update with no pictures.....better than nothing I guess.
Austen is so much fun right now! I have to say that I have loved all of his stages for different reasons, but this one has to be the most fun! He is funny and so sweet and appreciative. I seriously can't get enough of him right now. He is starting to make jokes and they are actually quite clever. He loves to make me laugh and if I am upset about anything he takes me into the bathroom for a talk. He'll ask me to tell him how I'm feeling......a future psychiatrist?
He's starting to write letters and he still loves to memorize books and read them back to me. He starts pre-school in a week and he is super excited. He asks me pretty much every day when he can go back.
He still loves Legos and he absolutely HATES it when I have him try on new clothes. I have a bunch of stuff for him for when the weather turns cold and I needed to make sure they were going to be big enough, but he was having none of it. He especially hates the tags!
We haven't been doing as much on the bucket list lately....I'd better get serious about that considering summer is almost over. Hopefully I can post pictures soon so you can see what we have been up to.
